Remember to sleep at least five to eight hours in the night. Less than five hours of sleeping, you will experince a dizzy headache, sleepy and dehydration.

How to Get Rid of Being Sleepy

  1. All excellent advice about getting a good nights sleep which is needed for good health and an alert mind during the day. I find thinking repetitive boring thoughts to be helpful, and also using mental imagery a great aid to getting off to sleep.

  2. I agree with the 6th one. Stress could really affect our sleep or we cannot sleep because of stress or there is something bugging in our mind. As much as possible, we should clear our mind, we need to sleep. I guess doing some meditation could help us clear our mind and just by a mere talking to someone we deeply know is good.
